I had a colonoscopy at the Valley Hospital on 9-4-26 at 9:30 am. The staff was exceptional in every way. It was a difficult procedure for me and a little embarrassing. I was not the best patient under the circumstances and want to apologize to the doctors and nurses. They were kind and professional in every way. Thank you for such wonderful care your families would be proud of each and everyone of you. Eric, I really do like the sideburns. Bruce

The level of care is astounding and horrific. Not only did I have an awful experience when being seen, but after 3 days and questions regarding medications I’d been sent home with and aftercare, the hospital has refused to provide any assistance or information. They send you home with 6 prescriptions and hope you do ok, but if you experience any side effects or want clarification on your condition or test results, you will get NO assistance and will get routed to your PCP. Which can takes weeks. You will suffer in silence. When I was seen for a kidney infection 3 days ago, the team had no idea what they were doing. These were β€œdoctors” who seemed like they bought their medical diploma from Amazon. I needed to advocate for my own care. The PA-C was brushing it aside as a simple UTI and was likely wanting to send me home with basic antibiotics not taking into account that I was physically unable to provide a urine sample. I request they do a CT to check for stones and I requested they do a catheter since I could not relieve myself for hours and a urine sample would have been the only way to find the strain of bacteria causing my issue. I was crying and writhing in pain and they just

The nurses on the 3rd floor have been so sweet and thoughtful as they take care of my Brother in law for the past 12 days. Making it comfortable for him, his wife and his many visitors. They have treated him with such kindness and humor which he loves. Special shout out to Bree who definitely has a calming effect on him. A big thank you to all of you, for all you have done ❀️

My experience at Valley Hospital was a tale of two very different experiences. Unfortunately, my time in the ER was disappointing overall, with the exceptions of Connie and Jennifer, who were both kind, professional, and truly helpful during a stressful time. Once I was admitted to the hospital, however, everything changed. The inpatient staff were absolutely amazing. Ashley and Annie went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, informed, and cared for. Their compassion felt genuineβ€”I never felt like I was just another patient or that they were simply doing a job. They were attentive, caring, and made me feel heard every step of the way. The rest of the hospital staff were wonderful as well. Everyone treated me with respect, kindness, and professionalism. Even the food exceeded my expectations and was surprisingly good. While the ER experience has room for improvement, the care I received once admitted was exceptional. The nurses and hospital staff made a difficult situation much easier to get through, and for that I am incredibly grateful. Thank you, Ashley, Annie, Connie, Jennifer, and the entire inpatient team for the outstanding care you provided.

I was in the ER yesterday for gallbladder pain. I had a great experience with the staff. Everyone was very helpful and kind. I had an amazing RN, Brian. Who was very kind, knowledgeable, and caring. Kameron RN also checked in and helped me. Both nurses were amazing. Becky from registration was also very sweet and helpful. All of the staff made the situation a lot better.
